Pleas entered in county court
The following pleas were entered before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendant entered guilty pleas:
¯ Allen W. Boyer, 19, Warren, to theft. A count of access device fraud was not prosecuted.
¯ Timothy S. Collin, 51, Warren, to DUI, driving on a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility while charges of DUI and careless driving were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Collin pleaded guilty to DUI and required financial responsibility while a traffic violation was not prosecuted.
¯ Christina C. Drayer, 39, Sheffield, to theft.
¯ Scott T. Fiero, 32, Warren, to DUI and driving on a suspended license. Charges including two counts of DUI and two traffic violations were not prosecuted. At a second docket he pleaded guilty to obstructing the administration of law and possession of drug paraphernalia while two counts of DUI and resisting arrest were not prosecuted.
¯ Lawrence J. Gary, Jr., 31, Warren, to simple assault. A count of aggravated assault was not prosecuted. He was then sentenced to 6 to 12 months incarceration, $700 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample as well as mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations and treatment in prison.
¯ Kendra A. Jackson, 30, Corry, to disorderly conduct. Charges of terroristic threats, resisting arrest and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.
¯ Randy D. Mountain, 59, Sheffield, to DUI and careless driving. Four traffic violations were not prosecuted.
¯ Cassie J. Nichols, 40, Pittsfield, to theft. Charges of theft and two counts each of forgery and access device fraud were not prosecuted.
¯ Kyle J. Riker, 23, Warren, to simple assault and unlawful restraint. Charges of stalking, unlawful restraint, two counts of harassment and stalking were not prosecuted.
¯ Kathryn I. Steinkamp, 31, Warren, pleaded not guilty. Steinkamp has been charged with terroristic threats and harassment.
