Fleeing. David L. Matteson, Jr., 39, Warren, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on March 22 with fleeting or attempting to elude an officer, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 7 in Youngsville Borough.

LIMESTONE TWP.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police say that a 94-year-old man, Tidioute, provided his social security number to an unknown person on March 22 at 7 a.m.

SOUTHWEST TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported early Friday morning that they responded to a one-vehicle crash that occurred on Route 27 in Southwest Twp. on March 13 at 11:15 p.m. A 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by Christina D. Gohlman, 29, Titusville, was traveling westbound on a snow-covered Route 27 and lost control, striking a ditch before hitting a tree and coming to rest. Troopers say that Gohlman was transported to Titusville Hospital by Grand Valley VFD.
