Simple assault. Matthew D. Johnson, II, 32, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 21 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Feb. 26 in Conewango Twp.

Public drunkenness. Kirk A. Zylo, 57, Tidioute, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 21 with public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 15 in Conewango Twp.

Trademark counterfeiting. Denise M. Grove, 51, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 21 with trademark counterfeiting from an incident that occurred on Oct. 21 in Limestone Twp.

Theft. Axel L. Johnson, 61, Grand Valley, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 21 with theft of property lost by mistake from an incident that occurred on March 13 in Brokenstraw Twp.
