Possession. Henry J. Viator, Jr., 19, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 13 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on March 8 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Matthew N.T. Goon, 32, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 14 with retail theft and defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on Feb. 12 in Conewango Township. Goon was also charged by Conewango Township police on March 14 with additional counts of retail theft and criminal trespass from an incident that occurred on Nov. 20.
