Forgery. Jay L. Morley, 61, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 7 with forgery from an incident that occurred on Feb. 28 in Conewango Twp.

Assault. Stephanie A. Sweet, 40, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 7 with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on March 7 in the City of Warren.

Terroristic threats. Connor M. Westcoat, 19, Pleasantville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 3 with terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Feb. 18 in Triumph Twp.
