Three guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Jeremy L. Darr, 35, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chloe A. Labowski, 20, Sugar Grove, to possession of drug paraphernalia and no rear lights. Charges of possession of marijuana and driving without a license were withdrawn.

Allan M. Shoemaker, 29, Warren, to disorderly conduct. Charges of strangulation and simple assault were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Caleb J. Hyde, 23, Warren. Hyde had been charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of vehicle registration suspended was re-categorized as a traffic offense.

Hugo T. Rosendahl, 55, Russell. Rosendahl had been charged with theft of property lost by mistake and criminal mischief.
