Bad checks. Jeremy L. Graham, 46, Clearfield, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 23 with bad checks from an incident that occurred on Dec. 9 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Casey G. Hansen, 30, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 23 with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Feb. 9 in Sugar Grove Twp.

DUI. Kirk A. Zylo, 57, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 24 with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 20 in Limestone Twp.

Warren County

Hit and run. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that an unknown vehicle was traveling east on US 6 and struck the victim’s vehicle before fleeing the scene on Jan. 22 shortly after 12:00 a.m. The vehicle is reported to be silver with front end damage. Troopers say the investigation is ongoing.

Tidioute

Theft. A Tidioute man informed Warren-based State Police that someone took his cell phone sometime between Dec. 4 and Dec. 5. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
