911 violation. Matthew D Johnson, 32, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 13 with communications with 911 and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Jan. 9 in Conewango Twp.

Criminal mischief. Shawn M. Stec, 45, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 13 with criminal mischief and two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on Jan. 29 in Glade Twp.

Terroristic threats. Douglas E. Wallech, 23, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 13 with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Jan. 5 in Conewango Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report of theft that occurred when a Russell man was scammed out of $4,500 in cryptocurrency.
