W. WARREN COUNTY — DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. Melanie S. Brown, 57, Pittsfield, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Jan. 31 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 14 in Youngsville Borough.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Feb. 2 at 11:32 a.m. on Church Hill Rd. A Honda Pioneer 1000 was traveling south on the roadway when, troopers say, the driver, 53-year-old Jerry R. Johnson, 53, Grand Valley, had a medical issue which resulted in the vehicle leaving the roadway, striking a ditch and overturning, which ejected Johnson from the vehicle. Troopers say he was flown to UPMC Hamot for treatment of injuries and was cited for operation on streets and highways.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Feb. 4 at 6:16 p.m. A 2021 Ford Ecosport, driven by Marisha A. Stewart, 30, Titusville, Pa., was traveling north and lost control of the vehicle when it came into contact with a snowy/icy shoulder. The vehicle struck a guardrail twice before coming to rest in the northbound lane. No injuries were reported but police say Stewart was cited for driving a vehicle at safe speed.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are seeking information regarding an incident on Jan. 31 where a maroon vehicle hit a wooden fence off of the western berm of Conewango Ave. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
