Sentences handed down in Warren County Court

President Judge Maureen Skerda sentenced the following individuals on Friday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Amber L. Albaugh, 36, Warren, to one year probation, $2,191.74 in restitution, $1,275 in fines and fees, 80 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with mental health and drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

¯ Rosalie C. Clemente-Cresson, Warren, to one year probation, $200 in restitution, $925 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service, a no contact/trespass order at Kwik Fill and submission of a DNA sample on a count of theft.

¯ Travis J. Larson, 41, Russell, to 30 days incarceration, 60 days house arrest as part of a five year probationary sentence, $2,275 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a second-offense DUI.

¯ Brandon L. Shirley, 36, Youngsville, to eight months to 16 months incarceration state prison, $1,025 in fines and fees, credit for 106 days time served, boot camp eligibility and submission of a DNA sample on a count of flight to avoid apprehension as well as six to 12 months incarceration, $775 in fines and fees and priority for drug and alcohol treatment in state prison on a count of possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Alyce Valery, 50, Spring Creek, to one year probation, $525 in fines and fees and 50 hours of community service on a count of disorderly conduct.
