Pleas entered in county court

President Judge Maureen Skerda accepted the following pleas during change of plea proceedings on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Lisa R. Bailey, 51, Warren, to defiant trespass. A count of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted.

¯ John S. Brown, 58, Warren, to harassment. A count of simple assault was not prosecuted.

¯ Dakota S. Griffin, 23, Warren, to criminal mischief.

¯ Chessidy W. Hamilton, 37, Clarendon, to driving while under suspension and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges including fraud to alter title, registration or insurance, possession/sale/use of display documents and seven traffic violations were not prosecuted. She was then sentenced to fines and fees, community service, a license suspension and a time-served jail sentence of 62 days to two years less one day.

¯ David L. Harkins, 33, Youngsville, to driving on a suspended license, DUI related and restraint systems – child booster seat. Five additional traffic offenses were not prosecuted.

¯ Amanda K. Headen, 38, Frewsburg, NY, to theft by deception. Charges of forgery and trademark counterfeiting were not prosecuted.

¯ Lawrence J. Heberle, 63, Warren, to DUI and two traffic violations. Charges of DUI and four traffic violations were not prosecuted.

¯ Cody C. Jackman, 38, Garland, to criminal trespass. Charges of burglary, harassment and institutional vandalism were not prosecuted.

¯ Joseph L. Mott, 55, Tidioute, to disorderly conduct. A count of indecent exposure was not prosecuted.

¯ Jessica S. Powell, 26, Corry, Pa., to DUI and careless driving. An additional count of DUI was not prosecuted.

¯ Robert L. Romanowsky, 60, Youngsville, to strangulation and simple assault. Charges of terroristic threats and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Michael D. Scalise, 59, Warren, to receiving stolen property. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

¯ Zachary A. Schultz, 22, Jamestown, NY, to possession of marijuana and a speeding violation. Charges including three counts of DUI and a traffic violation were not prosecuted.

¯ Ivan F. Smith, 32, Russell, to two counts of criminal mischief and harassment.

¯ Zachary R. Thompson, 27, Titusville, Pa., to theft by unlawful taking. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

¯ Crystal R. Yeskey, 30, Warren, to sale or transfer of firearms.
