Pleas entered at preliminary hearings

Two guilty pleas were entered while one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Franz J. Henninger, 75, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of criminal mischief — damage property was not prosecuted.

¯ Brian Allen, 43, to possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness. A count of possession of marijuana was withdrawn.

¯ Bruce A. Messenheimer, 31, Corry, was held for court on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
