Possession. Marcella K. Gigliotti, 56, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 25 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Jan. 5 in Pleasant Twp.

DUI. Robert A. Muntean, 53, Erie, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 25 with three counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 2 in Brokenstraw Twp.

DUI. Kristin R. Ross, 31, Pittsfield, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 26 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 7 in Columbus Twp.
