Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that someone stole $350 from a PayPal account belonging to a High Street male on Jan. 20 at 1:10 p.m. Troopers say the situation is currently under investigation.

Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that a bicycle was found in the area of Jones Hill Road and Wilson Road on Jan. 20 shortly after 8:20 a.m. The owner of the DYNO black bmx bicycle is asked to contact state police.
