Possession. Robert C. Bean, 38, Warren, was charged by Warren County Detectives on Jan. 18 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving on a suspended license from an incident that occurred on Jan. 10 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Adam J. Burton, 34, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 17 with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 17 in Sheffield Twp.

Retail theft. Dakota M. Proestler, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 17 with defiant trespass and retail theft from an incident that occurred on Jan. 6 in Conewango Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Scandia Rd. that occurred on Jan. 15 at 11:56 a.m. Troopers say that a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Jason T. Pro, 20, Pittsburgh, Pa., was traveling north at a speed too great for conditions and lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, drove 40 yards in a ditch, re-enetered the roadway and began to fishtail before leaving the roadway and striking a tree. Pro and a passenger reported suspected minor injuries but were not transported for treatment from the scene. Pro was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.
