N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

DUI. Caleb J. Hyde, 22, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 12 with two counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Nov. 6 in Warren.

DUI. Kyle R. Knotowicz, 27, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 12 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 18 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Chloe A. Labowski, 20, Sugar Grove, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 12 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 30 in Sugar Grove Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

DUI. Michael I. Barry, 38, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 12 with two counts of DUI and six traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Aug. 19, 2022 in Pittsfield Twp.

DUI. Timothy Buchanan, 60, Warren, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Jan. 12 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Nov. 19 in Youngsville Borough.

DUI. Jessie W. Haight, 29, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Jan. 13 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 5 in Youngsville.

DUI. Chad A. Lyon, 27, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 13 with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 31 in Pittsfield Twp.

Farmington Twp.

Identity theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that they are investigating an incident where a Townline Road resident’s Social Security number was used to create an unemployment claim. Troopers say they will forward the investigation to the Pa. Department of Labor and Industry.
