DUI. Scott T. Fiero, 32, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 30 with three counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 22 in Brokenstraw Twp.

DUI. Tyler P. Koller, 24, Painesville, Oh., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 2 with DUI and 10 traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 2 in Triumph Twp.

Theft. Matthew E. Lintala, 29, East Lake, Oh., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 30 with theft, receiving stolen property, retail theft and 12 traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 28 as well as theft and false reports from an incident that occurred on Oct. 1. Both incidents occurred in Limestone Twp.

Possession. Leonard H. Tobolski, 57, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 30 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Nov. 21 in Brokenstraw Twp.
