Sentences handed down in county court
The following sentences were handed down by President Judge Maureen Skerda Friday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.
¯ Stephanie N. Barr, 33, Erie, Pa., to two years probation, $200 in restitution, $925 in fines and fees, 40 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and participation in the COG program on a count of unauthorized use of motor vehicles as well as a $200 fine and one year license suspension for driving on a suspended license.
¯ Lawrence J. Gary, Jr., 30, Jamestown, NY, to eight to 24 months incarceration in state prison with credit for 144 days time served, $1,197.96 in restitution, $1,675 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, treatment priority in state prison and a no contact/trespass order at Walmart on a count of retail theft. At a second count of retail theft, Gary was sentenced to eight to 16 months incarceration, $3,246.82 in restitution, and $1,425 in fines and fees.
¯ Cody Green, 25, Gerry, NY, to 48 hours incarceration, six months probation, $1,000 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a one year license suspension, 15 hours of community service and credit for one day time served on a first-offense DUI as well as $90 for speeding.
¯ Matthew S. Henry, 31, Warren, to one year probation, $775 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order, 40 hours of community service, mental health treatment, anger management and participation in the COG program on a count of criminal mischief — damage property.
¯ Sam J. Hornacky, 20, Warren, to 72 hours incarceration, six months probation, $1,550 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and participation in the DUI intervention program on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of careless driving. At a second docket, Hornacky was sentenced to one year probation, $1,258.73 in restitution, $1,675 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order, 50 hours of community service, participation in the COG program and submission of a DNA sample on a count of theft.
¯ Dalton J. Kaltenbach, 35, Randolph, NY, to 17 to 34 months incarceration in state prison, fines and fees, credit for 81 days time served and submission of a DNA sample on a count of conspiracy (receiving stolen property) and $245 and a one year license suspension for driving on a suspended license.
¯ Michele L. Kent, 53, Warren, to 72 hours house arrest, six month probation, $1,625 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, treatment and 15 hours of community service on a first-offense DUI as well as $345 for operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and $70 for careless driving.
¯ Mackenzie M. Kepler, 21, Jamestown, NY, to $275 in fines and fees and a no contact/trespass order at Walmart on a count of retail theft.
Brandy L. Markham, 47, Sugar Gove, to $425 in fines and fees and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations on a disorderly conduct charge and a $135 fine on a second charge of disorderly conduct.
¯ Cassie L. Tucker, 32, Warren, to two years probation, $10.57 in restitution, $1,800 in fines and fees, 90 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample, treatment and participation in the COG program in total on two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of retail theft.
