Three guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas:
Melvin Atwell, 66, Warren, to disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. A count of risking catastrophe was withdrawn.
George Cabisca, Jr., 43, Bradford, to harassment. A count of harassment was withdrawn.
Joseph A. Fazio, 37, Midland, Pa., to statement under penalty. A count of materially false written statements related to firearms was withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against Brendan L. Kinney, 25, Sheffield. Kinney had been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
