Crash. William V. Devlieger, 79, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on accidents involving death or personal injury and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Dec. 5 in the City of Warren.

Possession. David Eichenlaub, 45, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police with possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on Nov. 27 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Melissa S. Finley, 41, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Dec. 8 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Oct. 15 in Conewango Twp.

Glade Twp.

Money found. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were informed that a sum of money was located in Glade Twp. Anyone with information regarding the located items is asked to contact state police.
