Criminal mischief. Brandi R. Edling, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 1 with criminal mischief, harassment, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Nov. 11 in the City of Warren.
Criminal mischief. Ashlee Leonard, 28, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 1 with criminal mischief, harassment, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Nov. 11 in the City of Warren.
Strangulation. Bruce A. Messenheimer, 31, Corry, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 29 with strangulation, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Nov. 29 in the City of Warren.

Hindering apprehension. Herbert F. Schumann, 64, Warren, was charged by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on Nov. 29 with hindering apprehension — false information to law enforcement from an incident that occurred on Nov. 28 in Conewango Twp.
W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin
DUI. Daniel F. Espinosa, 21, Union City, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 29 with DUI, possession of marijuana and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Sept. 10 in Columbus Twp.
Mead Twp.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report that sometime between Nov. 14 and Nov. 16 someone shot a gas meter located on Brown Run Rd. belonging to Papco Energy, Inc. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
Sheffield Twp.
Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a hit-and-run crash on Nov. 28 at 5:16 p.m. A 2006-2008 maroon/burgundy Ford F150, police say, will have driver side mirror or door damage from an incident that occurred on Bull Hill south of S. Main St. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Matthews Run Rd. on Dec. 1 at 12:47 p.m. A 2014 Ford Escape, driven by Autumn Camp, 45, Youngsville, was traveling south and lost control on the slush-covered road. The vehicle, police say, slid across the left lane and struck a ditch. Minor injuries were reported and Camp was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.
