Charges were withdrawn against three defendants while one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Paige E. Bishop, 25, Warren. Bishop had been charged with criminal mischief. A count of criminal mischief was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Noah J. Marcy, 21, Warren. Marcy had been charged with resisting arrest. Charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct — engage in fighting were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

¯ Taylor M. Williams, 24, Warren. Williams had been charged with criminal mischief.

¯ Brandon L. Shirley, 36, Warren, was held for court. Shirley has been charged with aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
