¯ DUI. Patrick O. Brady, 22, Jamestown, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 16 with four counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 10 in the City of Warren.

¯ Harassment. George Cabisca, Jr., 43, Bradford, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 16 with two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on Oct. 21 in the City of Warren.

¯ Assault. Lawrence J. Gary, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 15 with aggravated assault from an incident that occurred on Sept. 26 in the City of Warren.

¯ Child endangerment. Stacie Phillips, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 16 with endangering the welfare of children and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Oct. 27 in the City of Warren.

¯ Criminal trespass. Daniel R. Smith, 45, Bear Lake, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 11 with two counts of criminal trespass, theft, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 9 in the City of Warren.

¯ Disorderly conduct. Dylan R. Viglo, 26, Youngsville, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 16 with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise from an incident that occurred on Nov. 15 in Conewango Township.
