Charges withdrawn at hearings
Charges were withdrawn against two defendants during preliminary hearings on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Nicholas G. Reardon, 20, Warren. Reardon had been charged with receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
Ronald J. Natale, 73, Youngsville. Natale had been charged with two counts of DUI. A count of fail to keep right was re-categorized as a traffic offense.
