Sentences handed down Friday in county court

The following sentences were issued by Judge Gregory Hammond on Friday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Jefferson A. Blake, 51, Warren, to two days to one year incarceration with credit for two days time served, $375 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, a no contact/trespass order, 20 hours of community service and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of simple assault.

Patricia R. Bynum, 35, Bradford, Pa., to three year probation, 79 days incarceration with credit for 79 days time served, $600 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service and compliance with drug and alcohol and mental health recommendations on a count of possession of a controlled substance – contraband/inmate.

Amber L. Cornell, 31, Corry, to probation, participation in the COG program and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of possession of a controlled substance.

Mark D. Cox, 58, Warren, to six months less two days to one year less one day incarceration, one year probation, $375 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, 20 hours of community service, $3,500 in restitution, compliance with mental health recommendations and a no contact/trespass order on a count of theft by deception.

Ryan M. Cox, 30, Union City, to probation, $475 in fines and fees, community service and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of possession of a controlled substance as well as $245 in fines and fees and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license.

William L. Dale, 50, Russell, to 33 days to one year incarceration with credit for 33 days time served, $225 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, 20 hours of community service and compliance with drug and alcohol recommendations on a count of possession of a controlled substance as well as one year probation and 20 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cheri A. Foster, 46, Bear Lake, to 72 hours incarceration, six months probation, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations, 15 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI as well as $145 on a count of vehicle registration suspended and $70 each on charges of operating a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving.

Jeri L. Graham, 50, Bear Lake, to five years probation, 30 days incarceration, 60 days house arrest, $2,450 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, mental health treatment, submission of a DNA sample, 30 hours of community service and an 18 month license suspension on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charges of careless driving and drive over divider.

Robert R. Hall, Jr., 51, Spring Creek, to six months probation, 48 hours incarceration, $1,150 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations, 15 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charges of driving at safe speed and fail to keep right.

Joseph A. James, 26, Clarendon, to $850 in fines and fees on a count of possession of marijuana and $70 on a count of no rear lights.

Amy S. Lewis, 42, Clarendon, to three years probation, 107 days incarceration with credit for 107 days time served, $125 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of criminal use of a communications facility; two years probation, $100 in fines and fees and 30 hours of community service on a count of possession of a controlled substance; one year probation, $20.71 in restitution, no to enter any Walmart property and 10 hours of community service on a count of retail theft.

Jamie L. McCormick, 36, Bear Lake, to three day to two years less one day incarceration with credit for three days time served, $250 in fines and fees, anger management/healthy relationships, submission of a DNA sample, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and compliance with recommendations, community service and participation in the COG program on a count of simple assault.

Brandon R. Philbrick, 29, Jamestown, NY, to 11 months to two years less one day incarceration, credit for 244 days time served, $500 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample, to undergo a mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations and comply with recommendations on a count of offensive weapons; one year probation, $100 in fines and fees and 15 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia; $245 in fines and fees with a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license; one year probation and 15 hours of community service on a count of false identification to law enforcement; one year probation, 15 hours of community service and not to enter Walmart property on a count of retail theft.

Kevin J. Powers, 35, Warren, to 12 to 36 months incarceration in state prison, to undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with recommendations, $375 in fines and fees and submission of a DNA sample on a count of aggravated harassment by prisoner as well as three months to nine months incarceration and $1,650 in restitution to the county jail on a count of institutional vandalism.

Michael A. Pyle, 47, Tidioute, to five years probation, 30 days incarceration, 60 days house arrest, $1,900 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 50 hours of community service, compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations, submission of a DNA sample and an 18 month license suspension on a count of DUI; $300 for investigation by officer; 45 to 90 days incarceration, $920 in fines and fees and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license; $70 on charges of no rear lights, turning movements and required signals and careless driving.

Thomas E. Rader, 38, Warren, to one year probation, $375 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, compliance with mental health recommendations, $180,301.50 in restitution and a no contact/trespass order on a count of simple assault.

Curtis G. Randall, 63, Youngsville, to five years probation, 30 days incarceration, 60 days house arrest, compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations, $2,725 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension and 50 hours of community service on a count of DUI as well as $145 in fines and fees on a count of driving under the influence on a suspended license.

Jerrell N. Ross, 42, Warren, to 111 days to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 111 days time served, $625 in fines and fees, a no contact/trespass order, submission of a DNA sample, 30 hours of community service and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of simple assault as well as one year probation and 15 hours of community service on a count of resisting arrest.

Autumn S. Sarver, 20, Clarendon, to one year probation, $250 in fines and fees and $440 in restitution on a count of theft by unlawful taking; probation and 20 hours of community service on a count of criminal mischief and 90 days probation on a count of criminal trespass – enter structure.

Seth B. Wells, 48, Salamanca, NY, to 24 to 48 months incarceration with 332 days time served, state drug treatment eligibility, $725 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations and submission of a DNA sample on a count of possession with intent to deliver.

Jonathan C. Williams, 25, Erie, to 207 days to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 207 days time served, 20 hours of community service and $375 in fines and fees on a count of flight to avoid apprehension; $134 on a count of speeding; $70 on a count of duties at stop sign; $245 and a six month license suspension on a count of reckless driving and $245 and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license.

Kimberly A. Williams, 65, Russell, to three years probation, 60 hours of community service, $500 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample, $7,800 in restitution and a no contact/trespass order on a count of theft by deception.
