DUI. James R. Highhouse, 44, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 28 with two counts of DUI and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 23 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Lazareus M. Sisson, 25, Phoenix, Az., was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 29 with DUI, tamper with or fabricate physical evidence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 15 in the City of Warren.
