Not guilty pleas entered in county court
Three not guilty pleas were entered during formal arraignment proceedings Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.
¯ MIchele L. Buchner, 54, Warren. Bucnher has been charged with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations.
¯ Victor R. Hodak, 35, Tidioute. Hodak has been charged with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations.
¯ Douglas S. Sutton, 54, Sheffield. Sutton has been charged with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations.
