Pleas entered at preliminary hearings

Three guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ David A. Leonard, 43, Warren, to harassment. A count of terroristic threats was not prosecuted.

¯ Richard B. Munt, 23, Sheffield, to disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. A count of tamper with or fabricate physical evidence was withdrawn.

¯ Bridget A. Stec, 58, Youngsville, to disorderly conduct. Charges including two counts of defiant trespass and harassment were not prosecuted.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

¯ Jacob D. Matteson, 38, Pittsfield. Matteson had been charged with terroristic threats and simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Rodney L. Thomas, 47, Erie, Pa. Thomas had been charged with simple assault, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia.
