DUI. Travis M. Barnett, 34, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 20 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Sept. 11 in the City of Warren.

Bad checks. Deborah Davies, 49, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 20 with bad checks from an incident that occurred on Aug. 19 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Thomas W. Hartzell, 44, Kane, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 20 with four counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 14, 2021 in the City of Warren.
