N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

DUI. Sherry G. Burton, 57, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 19 with two counts of DUI and careless driving.

Possession. Ashley A. Jipson, 31, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 19 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 16, 2021 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Jesse D. Morando, 39, Ashville, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 19 with DUI, possession of marijuana and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on May 27 in Sugar Grove Borough.

Resisting arrest. Noah J. Marcy, 21, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 19 with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Sept. 19 in the City of Warren.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Sept. 16 at 8:27 a.m. on Pennsylvania Ave. E. of Ludlow St. A 2013 Ford Fusion, driven by Cassandra S. Perrin, 35, Warren, failed to see a 2017 Ford F350, driven by Daniel C. Benson, 41, Sugar Grove, that had come to a stop in the roadway and struck the truck in the ear. No injuries were reported. Perrin was cited in the wake of the incident.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Criminal mischief. A Pittsfield man reported to Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police that a kitchen stove belonging to him was damaged and had heat elements taken from the cooktop. Troopers say the investigation continues. State Police in separate releases also report a refrigerator sold to another belonging to a Pittsfield victim and a litany of stolen items also from a Pittsfield victim.

Harassment. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police say they are investigating an incident where a Youngsville woman’s ex-boyfriend sent her unsolicited messages containing lewd images of himself and allegedly started a Flickr account using her name and including suggestive images of the victim posted without her permission.
