Five guilty pleas were entered and one defendant pleaded not guilty during arraignment and change of plea proceedings on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas.

¯ Andrea N. Cuismano, 43, Warren, to flight to avoid apprehension and retail theft.

¯ Jeremy Darr, 35, Warren, to DUI, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving. Charges of DUI and operating a vehicle without valid inspection were not prosecuted.

¯ Eric L. Linville, 23, Youngsville, to harassment. A count of simple assault was not prosecuted.

¯ Taylor K. Means, 30, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia and passing where prohibited. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana were not prosecuted.

¯ Sierra L. Tannler, 30, Warren, to simple assault and resisting arrest. Charges of aggravated assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Robert L. Romanowsky, 60, Youngsville pleaded not guilty. Romanowsky has been charged with strangulation, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.
