One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against two during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Rose M. Dawson, 23, Clarendon, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, violate hazard regulation and compliance with exhaust requirements were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Tika D. Dickey, 36, Clarendon. Dickey had been charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and defiant trespass. Charges of disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise and harassment were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

Jastic M. Anzlone, 25, Jamestown, N.Y.. Anzlone had been charged with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.
