DUI. Aldon L. Hulings, 18, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 25 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on June 5 in Conewango Twp.

Terroristic threats. David A. Leonard, 43, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 25 with terroristic threats and harassment from an incident that occurred on July 9 in Sugar Grove Twp.

Criminal mischief. Kyle S. Swick, 19, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 25 with criminal mischief — damage property from an incident that occurred on July 4 in Glade Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Douglas E. Wallech, 23, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 26 with disorderly conduct — engage in fighting from an incident that occurred on Aug. 15 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Robert M. Warner, Jr., 47, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 26 with three counts of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Aug. 3 in Mead Twp.

Scam. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report on Aug. 25 of a potential scam call. The Rouse Ave. victim was contacted by an individual claiming to be the Youngsville Cable Company. The individual was not affiliated with the company and attempted to use the victim’s debit card information to buy gift cards. The victim’s account was secured and the victim suffered no financial loss.
