Theft. Jacob T. Corbin, 20, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 2 with theft by unlawful taking from an incident that occurred on July 29 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Joseph A. Passaro, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 2 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on July 20 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Retail theft. Joseph P. Dorsey, 28, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 1 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on July 15 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Shawn M. Harkins, 47, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 2 with four counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on July 1 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Lionel A. Wescott, Jr., 33, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 3 with DUI and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on June 25 in Sugar Grove Borough.

Simple assault. Zachery D. Blake, II, 22, Centerville, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 3 with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, defiant trespass and two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on July 30 in Southwest Twp.

Defiant trespass. Caitlin A. Tucker, 22, Centerville, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 3 with defiant trespass and two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on July 30 in Southwest Twp.

DUI. Randolph E. Williams, 65, Tiona, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 3 with two counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on July 7 in Pittsfield Twp.

Mead Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone damaged a glass pane on the door of the U.S. Post Office in Tiona. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
