DUI. Joseph A. Passaro, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 2 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on July 20 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Joseph P. Dorsey, 28, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 1 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on July 15 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Shawn M. Harkins, 47, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 2 with four counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on July 1 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Lionel A. Wescott, Jr., 33, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 3 with DUI and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on June 25 in Sugar Grove Borough.

Defiant trespass. Caitlin A. Tucker, 22, Centerville, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 3 with defiant trespass and two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on July 30 in Southwest Twp.

DUI. Randolph E. Williams, 65, Tiona, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 3 with two counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on July 7 in Pittsfield Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone damaged a glass pane on the door of the U.S. Post Office in Tiona. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
