Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Morrison Run Road on July 30 at 5:46 p.m. Troopers say a 2006 Jeep Liberty was traveling west on Morrison Run Road at a high rate of speed and lost traction on the gravel road, swerving back and forth. The vehicle left the road, returned and then left again, striking a ditch and rolling onto its roof before landing upright. The driver, a 17-year-old male of Sheffield, was not injured. Two passengers reported minor injuries and were transported by Clarendon VFD to Warren General Hospital. The driver was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.
