Cases resolved at preliminary hearings
Charges were withdrawn against one defendant while one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Charges were withdrawn against Joel Banuelos, Jr., 33, Warren. Banuelos had been charged with strangulation and simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
William J. Brooks, 61, Bradford, Pa., was held for court. Brooks faces charges of DUI and disorderly conduct — obscene language/gesture.
