Cases resolved at preliminary hearings
One guilty plea was entered and charges were withdrawn against two defendants during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Ashley G. Richards, 34, Jamestown, NY, pleaded guilty to a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charges were withdrawn against two defendants:
¯ Katelynn S. Harvey, 26, Warren. Harvey had been charged with a count of simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
¯ Craig A. Scalise, 73, Warren. Scalise had been charged with a count of bad checks.
