Charges were withdrawn against three defendants during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Wayne M. Glasgow, 31, Spring Creek. Glasgow had been charged with criminal mischief — damage property. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Robin L. Hagenbach, 56, Warren. Hagenbach had been charged with criminal trespass — enter structure and defiant trespass.

Jacob K. Meeder, 32, Warren. Meeder had been charged with simple assault and harassment. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
