Three guilty pleas were entered while one pleaded not guilty during arraignment proceedings this week at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Turston J. Bullock, 24, Warren, to simple assault. Charges of terroristic threats and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Paul M. Otto, 31, Mayville, NY, to false report, false identification to law enforcement and retail theft. A count of forgery was not prosecuted.

¯ Amie R. Sweitzer, 40, Sheffield, to DUI and possession of a controlled substance. Charges including two counts of DUI, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Meanwhile, Michael A. Peterson, 54, Warren, pleaded not guilty. Peterson has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
