The following pleas were entered during change of plea proceedings on Monday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

¯ Sheri L. Berdine, 54, Sheffield, to DUI and two traffic violations. A count of DUI and three traffic violations were not prosecuted.

¯ Travis W. Berkhouse, 31, Titusville, to operating a vehicle without valid inspection, for which he was sentenced a total of $70. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle were not prosecuted.

¯ Jeffrey R. Brown, 44, Corry, to harassment. A count of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted.

¯ Ricky A. Bryan, 31, Titusville, to firearm not to be carried without a license and possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no rear lights were not prosecuted.

¯ Timothy A. Cope, Jr., 31, Warren, to trespass by motor vehicle and careless driving. A count of unauthorized use of motor vehicles was not prosecuted.

¯ Donnie L. Edwards, 45, Sheffield, to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility. Two counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activity and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Mark D. Grosch, 64, Warren, to DUI. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

¯ Gregory M. Huddleson, 24, Celeron, NY, to DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Four counts of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and disregard traffic lane were not prosecuted.

¯ Shaun E. Lauderdale, 44, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Sarah E. Lundsten, 40, Jamestown, NY, to retail theft.

¯ Leroy T. Phelps, 26, to simple assault. Charges of terroristic threats and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Jamie L. Rosequist, 31, Johnstown, Pa., to retail theft.

¯ Duane A. Smithers, 43, Warren, to DUI. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

¯ Lenny A. Steber, 27, Warren, to two counts of simple assault. Charges of strangulation and two counts of harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ James L. Sturdevant, 22, Warren, to disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. A count of resisting arrest was not prosecuted.

¯ Daymon L. Tschannen, 38, Tidioute, to DUI and a traffic violation. Another count of DUI and two traffic violations were not prosecuted.

¯ Azoriah M. Ward, 27, Warren, to DUI and careless driving. A count of careless driving was not prosecuted.
