Two guilty pleas were ended during change of plea proceedings held Monday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Ashley R. Durlin, 27, Youngsville, pleaded guilty to retail theft. Three additional counts of retail theft were not prosecuted.

James M. Pascall, 51, Panama, NY, to accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, failure to report accident to police, driving while under suspension, meeting vehicle proceeding in opposite direction and abandoning a vehicle on public or private property. Charges of failure to stop and give information or render aid, driving without a license, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane, driving at safe speed and careless driving were not prosecuted.
