DUI. Cassandra E. Budine, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 20 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on June 19 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Michael D. Scalise, 58, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 20 with theft and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on May 12 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Theft. Grace M. Bordner, 47, Shellsburg, Iowa, was charged by Conewango Township police on June 22 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on May 28 in Conewango Twp.

Strangulation. Michael S. Case, 41, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 21 with strangulation and harassment from an incident that occurred on June 21 in Pine Grove Twp.

DUI. Kevin W. Nyberg, 59, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on June 23 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on June 23 in Conewango Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

DUI. Travis L. Knapp, 51, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 23 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on May 29 in Pleasant Twp.

Elk Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the Elk Township maintenance garage, 6962 Scandia Rd., for a report of a burglary. Troopers say someone opened a door and searched a room but that nothing appeared to be stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at (814) 728-3600.

Pine Grove Twp.

Burglary. Troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of a black 2019 Liberty utility trailer, which has a single axle, rear gate with spring assist and a 6′ x 12′ wooden deck. The trailer was removed from the victim’s driveway sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. on June 20. The suspect vehicle is described as a 2008-2012 light-in-color Ford Escape. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at (814) 728-3600.
