Assault. Brenda D. Carroll, 44, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 3 with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 13 in Conewango Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to 18 S. Main St. where someone during the previous night had slashed the tires on a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze of a 21-year-old Johnsonburg man. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
