Two cases handled at preliminary hearings

One guilty plea was entered and charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Joshua L. Reynolds, 28, Warren, pleaded guilty to charges of criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. A count of theft by unlawful taking was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against Joshawa M. Rogers, 37, Warren. Rogers had been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
