Sentences handed down in county court

The following sentences were handed down by President Judge Maureen Skerda on Friday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Jacob J. Disshon, 19, Sheffield, to six months probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,425 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact programs, a 12 month license suspension and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI as well as $245 on a count of careless driving.

Michelle R. Kendricks, 31, Warren, to five years restrictive probation including 95 days incarceration with credit for 95 days time served, $2,375 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact programs, an 18 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with treatment recommendations on a count of DUI as well as one year concurrent probation and $100 in fees on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Max W. Manelick, 67, Clarendon, to six months restrictive probation including 72 hours incarceration, $1,850 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact programs, a 12 month license suspension and 45 hours of community service on a DUI; $70 each on charges of violate hazard regulation and careless driving as well as $245 and a 12 month license suspension for driving on a suspended license.

Joseph I. Martin, Frewsburg, NY, to eight to 16 months incarceration with credit for 192 days time served, three years probation, $5,000 in restitution, $1,425 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order and submission of a DNA sample on a count o f theft by unlawful taking as well as three to six months incarceration on a count of theft from a motor vehicle. At a second docket, Martin was sentenced to three to 12 months concurrent incarceration, $1,000 in fines and fees and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of resisting arrest as well as $245 each on charges of driving on a suspended license, driving at safe speed, driving without light to avoid arrest and reckless driving and $70 on a count of failure to stop at red signal.

Courtney M. Sliter, 34, Washington, Pa., to one year probation including 90 days house arrest, $975 in fines and fees, compliance with treatment recommendations and 50 hours of community service on a count of possession of a controlled substance as well as one year probation, $100 in fees and 50 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dane Sobocinski, 32, Frewsburg, NY, to 82 days to 12 months incarceration with credit for 82 days time served $1,425 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol, mental health and anger management evaluations and compliance with recommendations, 70 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of criminal trespass — enter structure as well as a $300 fine on a count of defiant trespass.

Cierra M. Stiteler, 29, Tionesta, Pa., to one year restrictive probation including 30 days house arrest, $700 in fines and fees, a no contact order and 50 hours of community service on a count of harassment.

Edward M. Swartwood, 32, Warren, to six months restrictive probation including 48 hours incarceration, $1,125 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact programs, a 12 month license suspension and 30 hours of community service on a count of DUI and $70 on a count of careless driving.

Beverly D. Watson, 26, Bradford, to one year probation, $875 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 30 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of retail theft.

Ernest H. Webb, 43, Warren, to a $300 fine on a count of harassment.

Bench warrants were issued for the arrests of the following individuals for failure to appear:

Deborah L. Bean, 40, Corry, Pa. Bean was to be sentenced on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession/sale/use of display documents and failure to carry a license.

Ryan C. Scott, 48, Russell. Scott was to be sentenced on charges of DUI and six traffic violations.
