DUI. Cheri A. Foster, 46, Bear Lake, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 20 with possession/sale/use of display documents, four counts of DUI and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 6 in Columbus Twp.

Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that an Olsbergs boom controller was found at 18 W. Main St. sometime between May 10 and May 17. Anyone missing a controller matching the description is asked to contact state police.
