Scott F. Wynn, 47, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 16 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 12 in Conewango Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a report at 2642 Eldred Center Road on May 17 at 5:22 p.m. A rock was thrown through the window of a residence causing an estimated $300 in damage. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact state police.
