Kaltenbach, 35, Randolph, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 13 with receiving stolen property, conspiracy (receiving stolen property), possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked from an incident that occurred on May 12 in the City of Warren.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to a US 6 residence for a report of a burglary. Troopers say they discovered the victim’s garage had been broken into and various vehicle parts were stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police barracks in Starbrick.
