N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Disorderly conduct. Tika D. Dickey, 35, Clarendon, was charged by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 6 with disorderly conduct, harassment and defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on May 5 in Farmington Twp.

W. Warren County – District Judge Todd Woodin

DUI. Preston Cottrell, 66, Garland, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 9 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on March 7 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a report of criminal mischief at a location on Jackson Run Road in Sugar Grove Township. Damage to various items totals approximately $1,700 in damages. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
