Two guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against one and one defendant was held for court during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Joshua A. Howard, 39, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Alex C. Peru, 29, Jamestown, NY., to defiant trespass, retail theft and theft by deception. Charges of retail theft and theft by deception were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against Joseph K. Chuzie, 34, Youngsville. Chuzie had been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Levi J. Chaffee, 32, Waterford, Pa., was held for court. Chaffee has been charged with DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and 10 traffic violations.
